In Borno, a terrorist informer was arrested by troops.

A suspected terrorist collaborator and logistics supplier from the Kukawa Local Government Area of Borno northeast Nigeria was captured by the Nigerian Army and troop from Sector 3 Multi National Joint Task Force.

Local sources told International News Syndicate that the arrest, carried out by the Sector 3 Military Intelligence Battalion in conjunction with hybrid forces, followed an intelligence-led operation on May 5.

The suspect was found with a mobile phone, N335,000, and other miscellaneous materials. For further investigation and necessary action, the suspect is currently being held in custody.
