Kidnapped Israeli expatriate was rescued in northern Nigeria.

Mr. Gil Itamar, an Israeli expatriate and SCC Company staff member, was successfully rescued by security forces in Taraba State, northeast Nigeria on April 3, 2025.
Following the abduction by six assailants wearing military uniforms riding motorcycles on Takum/Chanchangi Road, a team of military personnel and local hunters was formed to deal with it.
According to local sources, the victim was eventually rescued at Kofai Ahmadu on April 3, 2025 at approximately 11:50 p.m.
While in captivity, Mr. Itamar suffered a head injury and is now receiving medical attention at the medical facility of SCC Company.
His condition is stable, and he will be debriefed after his recovery to assist security operatives in their efforts to track down the kidnappers.

The authorities have reassured that they are continuing their efforts to apprehend the perpetrators.
