The Commissioner for Youth, Sports and Poverty Alleviation, Borno State, Hon. Sa'inna Buba has donated two buses to Borno State University (BOSU) students to alleviate their transportation challenges.

The Commissioner's gesture is a result of his personal experience when he observed students trekking long distances to access transportation.

Honourable Sainna Buba emphasized that the buses are exclusively for student transportation and urged the university management to maintain the vehicles and repair the University's own free shuttle buses to complement this one.

Responding, the representative of the BOSU Registrar, Sheriff Taibu Benisheik, thanked Commissioner Sa'ina Buba for the donation and assured that the vehicles would be well maintained and sterilized judiciously for the benefit of both students and staff.

The donation proves the Commissioner's commitment to aiding education and the welfare of students in Borno State.
