By: Adamu Aliyu Ngulde Maiduguri, Nigeria — Troops of Operation Hadin Kai (OPHK ) have intensified their onslaught against Boko Haram and ISWAP fighters in the North-East, neutralizing over 20 terrorists, arresting several logistics suppliers, and recovering large quantities of arms and ammunition in a series of coordinated operations carried out between August 23 and 30, 2025. The operations, conducted with close air support from the Air Component and in collaboration with local security outfits, spanned several locations including Gujba, Gubio, Sabsawa, Whumtakum in Chibok LGA, Mandarari in Konduga LGA, Gajigana in Magumeri LGA, Konduga, Banki, and Loskori Kura in Mafa LGA. The Borno State Police Command, in collaboration with the Police Community Relations Committee (PCRC), has organized a Capacity Building Workshop aimed at strengthening community-police relations, enhancing intelligence-led policing, and promoting public safety across the state.
